Uber needs a new CEO that is nice.  He or she should be a Ferrari instead of a yugo. Oh wow, this person... can be the opposite of the old one. Meet the new boss same as the old boss does not work anymore. Just look at this sorry company. Fact one, Uber lost 2.6 billion last year. Hey, it cannot keep on going this way.

Home prices rise. That said, most are still below the peak of the bubble that happened a few years ago. It has been a long recession. Politicians claim things are better now. Frankly, we are not so sure. Do hope we can recover.

People are not buying no new cars. Old clunkers litter our main avenues. Yeah, it has been a bumpy road for all of us. Do blame our ongoing economic crisis. Frankly, it feels like we are in a depression or a massive recession.

Podcasting

Podcasting is good for you. Ah yes, we probably will never be in a mansion. Unless we get a job selling real estate that is. Yachts exist only in our dreams, but podcasting is easy. Well, there is little compensation in terms of money. Still, the fun factor is max. Please add that we do not have to dress up.

California

California sees taxes go up. Houses are already very expensive. Expect this trend to have an effect on our poor. Already, we see that California has some of the highest taxes in this nation of ours.  Yet, the state has trouble paying its overdue bills due to lack of money. OK, so the solution according to our elected officials is to raise TAXES even more. Basically, this is similar to giving a stinking drunk some more wine.

Best Buy

Question for you... can Best Buy survive? Frankly, we say that the answer is no. They need to compete with amazon. Well, they are losing the war. It is not just price. I went into the best buy store and the selection of drones was poor. Colleges, this item is like the hottest ever. Sadly, they are a day late and a dollar short once more. Do wish that they would finally wake up.

atomic energy

Teachers told me in school that our future was atomic energy. Forget about weapons or war. Atoms would be used in peace. Most talked about how nuclear power... was safe and secure. Well, they were wrong. Sadly, we have Chernobyl and Fukushima to remind us.
