Pending home sales drop for the fifth month in a row. Folks, this is some sour news. Hey, we do wish that we were wrong. It is best that we keep both eyes open. Do look at the numbers coming from all over. Read them and weep.

19 ways men can appear... to be more attractive to women. I will give you one more. Driving a Ferrari sports car... that has been a proven winner. Hey, don't say that we never help you. People are giving up on cars. Trucks are now taking over. Basically, larger vehicles can haul a lot more. Also, we have low gas prices. Expect things to radically change when our fuel prices go right back up.

Often we are hangry and wanna get a small snack to munch on. Hey, that keeps our hunger pangs away. This festive feast looks to me like a proven winner.

Uber has done a lot to revamp... big pieces of its troubled images. Still, a lot more work yet remains. Most people do not trust this once iconic company. For example, it continues to lose a lot of money. Please tell us that there is a recipe. Yeah, for when it becomes profitable again.

A rapper was shot dead in miami. Miami is synonymous with violent crime. Still, we do wonder on what is really going on. Perhaps our hip-hop artist he had some enemies.

Often we are told the refrain - content is king and consistency is queen. What um exactly does that even mean? Hey, content would be like the text in this blog post and consistency would be me posting articles every single day of the year. Well, we do hope that can summarize.

Leica makes watches now... this is in addition to cameras. I do wonder how they will do in coming years. After all, there are certainly a lot of watch companies. Still, they might have no choice but to diversify. Most people are using smartphones to take pictures and not portable digital cameras.

How to make your photographs as sharp as a razor. People do not like muddy fuzzy images. What we need, it to make them super crisp. Edges should not melt away. Also, colors should just jump off our page. OK, so the best strategy is to use photoshop to help our images pop.

storage for energy

What we need is storage for energy. That will allow us to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.  OK, so think of it this way. Right now we have wind power. However, there are periods when the wind is near zero. Yeah, so we use peaker plants that burn gas. Actually, we could use energy storage to save up our power.

sleep science

Eight hours per day is not enough according to sleep science. That news is interesting, as I can make do with just seven. Hey, we have tried as an experiment to sleep some more - as in nine. OK, so after this test, we felt a bit groggy. Yo, everybody is different as we see. Could be that we really do need to sleep some more. Getting a pillow really helps me. Just remember to shut your eyes.

John Lasseter was a co-founder of pixar. He will leave Disney at the end of this year. Well, that is some sour news. I believe that Hollywood has gone insane. Yo, we know that John was not perfect, but he did not harm anyone. He was told that some of his generous hugs were unnecessary. Ah yes, whatever that even means.

streetwise

What does being streetwise even mean? Let us say, it does trouble me. I do know what book wise is. Actually, you read a lot and there is a certain know how that you gain. This precious paper knowledge does not help you when you are on the street for some reason.

blue

Ah yes, feeling a bit blue, are we? That color is so cold and I like tones that are warm. For example, we do enjoy an orange. However, please do not give me some greens. Yo, that is too cold for me.

Malls

Malls seem empty for some reason. It could be because they are. Expect more to close due to  our on going economic crisis. Basically, the mall is doomed due to lower prices on amazon. When you tell a senator what is going on... he says - everything is fine and you are a nut case. After the mall closes he claims that it was obvious because we are evolving past needing any malls and that amazon is better for us. What about all the jobs that are gone?

Teenagers experience pay gap. Victims are often blamed for what occurs. Sadly, they lack necessary resources. Instead, we should lay the fault at those who wield massive power. Frankly, that is what we do, but it is rare.

This camel has two humps instead of one. He is a bit old says me. Well, there it is. Just wish that he has fun in the sun.

dangerous electric cars

Few have told you about dangerous electric cars are. They pose many issues. For example, there is an electrocution risk if the lithium battery becomes damaged in any way. Also, these batteries can catch fire and burn out of control creating a risk for passengers. Most people prefer to think that they are super green. However, we expect to see elevated rates for electric car insurance.

Love does brings happiness to us. Focus on making life better for other and yours can soon improve.

Disney agrees to pay workers a $15 minimum wage. Actually, this is great news. Do hope that we will have a follow-on effect from other companies. Certainly, we see that poor people are struggling in our economic crisis as it is. For most this is not a lot of money. However, every bit helps as we soon see.

A Florida man was bitten by an eastern coral snake that was venomous. He was taken to the hospital and did survive. Fellows, it pays to exercise some care. Remember that red and yellow can kill a fellow.
