Landline telephone service is going away. Everything is fine politicians assure us. Yeah, I do not think so. After all, we depend on the landline underground copper wire... this is better than cellular towers as those are undependable to the max. Please think of what happens after a storm. Well, a lot of towers are down, and it takes a long time before they are up again. This leads to spotty coverage. Do ask around and do not believe me.

Luxury, just what does it mean?  2020 is an intriguing year. Basically, we are not so sure. Maybe, we will find out soon.

10 easy ways... to make our technology less annoying. Well, here is one. Please make my personal computer boot up right away. Oh yes, waiting is a pain. Maybe, you could store the disk image... like on an SSD - solid-state drive for a fast boot up.

2019

2019 is supposed to be like the hottest year ever. Frankly, we do not believe in climate change or global warming. Yeah, there is just too much snow. Also, the heating bill went up. It did not go down any - so there we are.

Deer

Deer are cute and then some more. I do wonder what they will eat when there is more snow. Hey, most of the grass is gone.

70 years ago

70 years ago Seattle had record snow or ice. Oh yes, that was a record cold snap for ten days - wow. Do believe that we may soon see some more. Hey, that was 70 years ago. Frankly, folks, there is no global warming. In fact, we might be slowly moving into a new ice age.

Here is what I have to say on recess. It is not a lot of fun when the ground is covered in snow. Oh yes, we have a white blanket as our covering. Also, there is a cold wind that is very icy. Students wish it was summer.

Netflix understands its users. HBO does not for some reason. People are still paying. That said, this might not be our case... like in the coming years. Oh yes, time will tell as we see.

Ah yes, google maps is awesome. I do love the street view. Still, we do wonder about what we can see. Sadly, a lot of streets have no view. Please do add more images.

Things are not good for rural areas. Oh yes, they have been hard hit in our economic crisis. Do hope that things can improve soon.

People dream of living on a farm for some reason. Hey, it is hard work and then some more. Taking care of animals is a duty that is onerous. Well, that is a new word for us. Basically, you get up real early in the morning.

Farmers are buying forty-year-old tractors because they are easier to repair. Hey, I did not say easy. Yeah, I said um easier. This news is no corn. Getting too much high technology is not that great for us. It makes our lives a major pain.
