Have you ever gone on a cruise. For carnival cruise things look grim. Basically, it is because fuel prices are going up. There might be a temporary dip now. Still, that is the calm before the storm as they say.
Fuel costs hit hard carnival income. It used to be 40% of total expenses. Well, now over 50% and rising. Also, food prices are increasing. This means smaller portions for passengers. Also, less of items that are very expensive.
Libyan crisis is no over. Fact is. it might spread to other oil rich counties like saudi arabia and send diesel prices to the moon. Hope this is no so.
