 Employees really can fear getting a bad performance review. Well, it is time to prepare some more. Do remember that good jobs are hard to keep, but losing one is easier an sin. Yeah, we get hopefully get another position that pays more. Fellow colleagues, it is um TIME we get our ducks in a row.
